Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Indramayu membutuhkan arsitektur sistem informasi administrasi yang dapat menyediakan data serta berkualitas untuk mendukung kebutuhan dan strategi bisnis. Perencanaan ini menggunakan The Open Group Architecture Framework Development Method (TOGAF ADM) sebagai metode atau kerangka acuan membangun sebuah diinginkan, TOGAF ditekankan pada empat langkah, yaitu penetapan visi informasi, perencanaan bisnis, teknologi. Hasil dari penelitian akan menunjang proses secara menyeluruh menyelesaikan permasalahan masih belum terintegrasi.
